President Kaito I (Born August 1, 2009), known as Kaito L. outside the micronational community, is a liberalist politician, geography expert, Augurian and the president of the Commonwealth of Agatonia since its founding. He is well known for establishing the People's Republic of Agatonia, the predecessor of the Commonwealth of Agatonia. He also owns the Micronational Freedom Index site, which evaluates freedom around various micronations. He currently is and will remain the president of the Commonwealth of Agatonia.
