Japitty's Bookshelf

Japitty Cumquat is known to have a small bookshelf towards the back of Badu park. It is known to contain a variety of works. This provides a deeper insight in his and Badu Parkian politics.

Discovery & Implications

Japitty's Bookshelf was discovered by a Xahastanian diplomat on his trip to Badu Park to negotiate a treaty. He asked Cumquat about it, who promptly responded with 'i cant read'. This is proven to be a falsehood, as cumquat has written over 60 books and is known to have a complex understanding of the English language. It is evident that Japitty's economic polices are inspired by his [serious] books such as Capital in the 21st Century by French economist Thomas Piketty and The End of Alchemy: Money, Banking and the Future of the Global Economy. He also takes notes from the book The Power to Compete by Hiroshi Mikitani & Ryōichi Mikitani. He has applied the teachings from The Power to Compete and interpreted them in a Badu Parkian context. It is also evident that Japitty's "ultra authoritarian" rule has been greatly influenced by the movie The Dictator. He makes a ritual trip every week to the TAB off track betting shop to use there television screens to play the movie. Japitty has publicly stated that it is his favourite movie. Japitty considers himself to be a 'real life Admiral General Aladden'.
