Lord Jakub Topheim I (born 31 August 2004) is the 1st thane of Tanþheim. He is best known for being the Royal Admiral of the Hjalsk Navy.
Personal life
Topheim attended British sea cadets for several years before transferring to the Hjalsk navy.
He resides in the territory of Tanþheim, and often visits the territories of Midfold.
Military career
Topheim is the Royal Admiral of the Hjalsk Navy, making him the highest ranking naval personnel. He is a reserve in the Hjalsk Air Force.
