H.I.H Jacob (Dominik Jakov pl. Bulat Vručinić; born 9 July 1992) is the reigning prince of Vlachia.[1]
Early life
Born on 9 July 1992 in Zagreb, Croatia - H.I.H Jacob studied Tourism Management at the University of VERN & received confirmation of his family nobility from the Spanish King of Arms, Dr. Alfonso de Ceballos-Escalera y Gila on 18 December 2018, attaining full recognition as the last descendant of the Princely House of Bulat.
On 7 February 2019 following the death of his grandfather Petar pl. Bulat, he utilized his aristocratic rights based on the Law for the Vlachs of Cetina (1436) to self-elect himself as Prince of the Vlachs & established the Principality of Vlachia on 18 March 2021, electing his baptismal name as his ruling name in homage of the Biblical patriarch, Jacob.
