Biserica Istriana Reformata (English:Istrian Reformed Church) is a Christian church in Istria.

The Istrian Reformed Church is notable for being the first church founded within Istria.

The Church is headed by two archibishops, who wore either from the same Parish, either from three different once. There wore two tours of Archibishops:
