The International Affairs Agency, commonly known as the IAA, is the Kanindeense intelligence (or information) agency that supplies the Kingdom of Kanindé government with foreign information and ensures the continuity of diplomacy in the event that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is unable to fulfill its functions due to the Great Blackouts in the Kingdom of Kanindé of 2022.
Purpose
When the IAA was created, its purpose was to guarantee the stability of the micronation by maintaining stable reserves of water and energy thanks to blackouts. Today, its main objective is to collect, analyze and evaluate foreign intelligence in order to guarantee the security of Kanindé.
The IAA has five main focuses:
- Countersabotage
- Non-proliferation of weapons on Kanindeense soil
- Pointers and warnings for senior policymakers
- Counterintelligence
- Cyber intelligence
