Hello, Mr. Sheitanov is a political satire, created by Hristo Tomov.
Plot
The main character is Alexander Sheitanov (played by Hristo Tomov). The film begins when Sheitanov is an ordinary student, and is so good in all subjects that at the age of 14 he was appointed a teacher at 77 SU "Milko Milev". Then his students advised him that if he was so smart, he should not waste his time at school but run for president of Bulgaria. He initially refused, but then went to the CEC and applied. Thus, on Friday night, costumed men knock on the door of Mr. Sheitanov's home, including Prime Minister Velin Tsvetkov (played by Daniel Petrov). Then the Prime Minister said the phrase from which comes the name of the series "Hello, Mr. Sheitanov, oh I'm sorry, hello Mr. President."
