The Government of the Spainsia Republic is the legislative body of the Spainsia Republic. The Government was founded on the 3rd of February 2022, with the constitution being ratified on the 9th.

History
The Government of Spainsia was established on the 3rd of February 2022 with the foundation of the Republic, under the leadership of Colin de Spainsia.
Leadership
The Government is lead by the President of Spainsia (elected every 5 Years) as Head of State and the Chancellor of Spainsia (appointed by the President) as the Head of Government. Both may chair government meetings as well as the President being able to sign or veto laws.
Role
The role of the government is to pass legislation within the nation, maintain national security and to provide opportunities and development in the nation as well as debating national issues and engaging in relations with other nations.

Election
The Government, along with the President, is elected every five years by citizens of the state, and citizens of the state alone.
