The Government of Carnovia is the Central Government, which exercises executive power in the Principality of Carnovia. The government is led by prime minister, who selects all the other ministers. The prime minister and their most senior ministers belong to the supreme decision-making committee, known as the Cabinet. Ministers are responsible to the Princely Council in which they sit; they make statements and take questions from members of Princely Council. The government is dependent on Princely Council to make primary legislation. It has its legal basis in the Constitution of the Principality of Carnovia.
