Fueyo (Ḥueyo in Asturian) was the biggest and second most populated district in Kingdom of Sopia and its capital. Fueyo District Council had its headquarters in the Sopian Parliament, the same as the central goverment.
Fueyo was the craddle of the Sopian royal family, which bears its name (Da Fueyo) there's also approximatly 1500 people with the surname "Fueyo" in Spain.
History
Fueyo was the craddle of Kingdom of Sopia, here the Order of the Holy Soup was founded and thus the Kingdom.
In March 2023, the district was created after the Land Administrative Reform passed in Parliament. It never celebrated local elections, since the country dissolved before they were held.
Government
Fueyo had a Fueyo District Council, elections were planned to be held on July 2023, but since Sopia dissolved on May 2023 they weren't held, these elections would elect a Council and a District Representant.
Places
In this District you can find the main church of Sopia, the Parliament which houses the Sopian Government, the Royal Palace which houses the royal family of Sopia, and a couple of bars and businesses including one of the two riding fields of Sopia. You can also find an abandoned 18th century mansion, the ruins of the ancient monastery of Sopia and the Cave of the Wolfs. (Groita dos Lòpos)
