The Republic of Norbritonia's foreign relations are managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. However, the President and Prime Minister also play important roles in shaping and implementing the country's foreign policy.
Macronations
Norbritonia is a sovereign state with a diverse range of diplomatic relations with other nations. It maintains good relations with Russia, as it recognizes Russia as a sovereign state and has not had any negative diplomatic interactions with it. Norbritonia also recognizes every member of the United Nations, with the exception of Israel, indicating a potentially strained or absent diplomatic relationship with that country. In contrast, Norbritonia takes a strong stance against terrorism and has designated the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a terrorist organization. This position may complicate relations with nations that have strong ties to the CIA or view the agency positively. Norbritonia has made attempts to establish diplomatic relations with the Czech Republic, but the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not responded to these overtures. It is currently unclear what the status of relations is between Norbritonia and the Czech Republic.
Micronations
Norbritonia maintains diplomatic relations with several other micronations, including Roscamistan, which it recognizes as a sovereign state and with which it has good relations. Norbritonia also has an embassy in Salanda, indicating a strong diplomatic presence in the region. However, Norbritonia does not recognize Molossia as a sovereign state, and the president of Norbritonia has publicly stated that Molossia is a joke, indicating a lack of diplomatic relations and potentially negative sentiment towards Molossia. It is unclear at this time what impact this lack of recognition and negative sentiment may have on Norbritonia's relations with other micronations that may have positive relations with Molossia.
