The flag of Genoa display a white cross on a blue field. This flag was used as the flag of the province of Genoa in Mondstadt from 2007–2017 until Genoa was invaded by Victorialand. After Genoa was liberated by Mondstadt, the country became a province within the kingdom of Mondstadt and used a different flag with the colors red yellow and red. On 7 February 2018, the flag was again used as the national flag of Genoa (3:5) before the country's independence from Kingdom of Mondstadt in October 2018. In 2019, the flag was change the aspect ratio to 3:2. February 8, 2023 the old flag is reused by the new administration.

This flag was adopted as the national flag by the interim constitution of Genoa in 2007. However, in the beginning, the color of the flag was different from the current color. The current flag is ratified as of May 23, 2022, the old flag is reused by the new government in February 2023
