The flag of Rabat-Mġarr (Maltese: Il-Bandiera tar-Rabat-Mġarr), a federal territory of Vishwamitra, is a rectangular bicolour with a field divided into white on the hoist, and red on the fly with the representation of the Punic letters 𐤌 and 𐤓 (R and M) in the canton. The flag derives its colours from the flag of Malta. Designed by the administrator of Rabat-Mġarr, Matthew Tonna, it was instated as the flag of the territory upon its formalisation on 20 October 2022 through his first Administrative Order[2]. No physical flags bearing the design exist.
