The flag of Petralta (Portuguese: Bandeira de Petralta), is a celeste-white-indigo horizontal tricolor, separated from a green area on the hoist side by four triangles crossed by two white serrated lines. Petralta officially adopted this design for its national flag on 15 August 2021 — a day before the declaration of independence. The flag was designed by Dominique Bastos.
Each band of color in the Petraltine flag holds some symbolism for the country. The celeste band symbolizes justice as it depicts the skies above; the white band, the will for equality; the indigo band, liberty; and the green serrated area, the land and its life.

Display and use
The flag is customarily flown at the government building in the District of União. Private use is more uncommon. The flag can also be displayed at times of sadness at half-mast (or a black pennant is added to the flag when hanging at half-mast is not possible) as a sign of respect or national mourning. There are a number of flag flying days in Petralta, usually on holidays.
Flag Protocol
According to Petraltine Law as well as common usage, flags of other sovereign states are to be treated with the same respect as the Petraltine flag. No flag should be hoisted lower or higher than the Petraltine flag.
The flag should never touch the ground since this may be damaging to the flag.
There are no formal hand gestures that must be performed. But it is commonly agreed that during the hoisting or lowering of the flag, civilians should conduct themselves in a respectful manner by facing the flag and standing still, straight, and quiet.
