Design and History

The Gronean flag was designed by Emperor Colin I and adopted on 10 September 2023 and was inspired by the German imperial flag and the Sealandic flag.

The flag's design consists of three stripes. A black and red stripe of equal proportion with a thinner white stripe running through the middle. All three stripes are slanted.

Symbolism

The flag is designed to be the highest symbol of national unity in Gronea. It is designed to represent the nation as a whole and as a union of states.

The black stripe represents the empire as a whole. The white stripe represents the states and territories of the empire. The red stripes represents all the people of the nation.
