First Prakash Pokhrel ministry
The First Prakash Pokhrel ministry is the 1st and current union council of ministers of Bhalam under the premiership of Prakash Pokhrel which was formed on 25 January 2024 following the annexation of Bhalam. Appointed by the Governor of Bhalam with the approval of the Rashtradhyaksh of Vishwamitra consisting of 5 members.

The First ministry of Federal Territory of Bhalam was composed without any means of election but it proposed to an Legislative Assembly be established and elections to be held as fast as possible which is proposed to the Vishwamitra.
Background
The 1st Ministry of Bhalam was established within the annexation of Bhalam and Bhalam became the Federal Territory of Vishwamitra with appointment of Narendra Singh Chhetri as Governor with his recommendation the Ministry was formed.
