This signature is intended solely for educational purposes. Any use of the signature (i.e., signing documents) without the Author's consent will be deemed illegal under Article 264 of the 1956 Thailand Penal Code, stated which:

“Whoever forges a document in whole or in part, adds or omits text, or alters in any way a genuine document, or affixes a forged seal or signs a forged signature to a document in a manner likely to cause damage to another person or the public, if done to deceive another person into believing that it is a genuine document, is guilty of document forgery and shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding 60,000 THB, or both. Whoever fills text on a sheet of paper or any other object bearing the signature of another person without permission or in violation of the order of that other person, if done in order to use that document in a business that may cause damage to another person or the public, shall be deemed to have forged a document and shall be liable to the same punishment.”

Commonwealth of Novo-Erecteutolectrocia will protect the right of the signature's holder in any case.
