The Federation of Icanstan, more commonly known as Icanstan, is a micronation in northeast Florida. The nation was originally founded in early 2019 as the Republic of Bob. Not long after founding, the micronation of Cattafornia took much of the nation's land, sparking a territorial dispute that is still an issue between the two nations to this day. On September 10, 2020 Icanstan laid claim to more land, and began to start a proper military. Two days later on September 12, the military attemped a revolt against the government, but failed. On September 14, the language Nirpi was invented Icanstan's national language. On September 15, the name Icanstan was officially adopted as the name of the nation and the official flag was designed.
In Icanstan, there is an election for president every year. The president holds all the power in the nation and has the power to appoint ministers and provincial governors. Inside Icanstan there are 4 provinces, one autonomous region and two disputed provinces.
The nation of Icanstan has disputed territory with the nation of Cattafornia, and has a semi-autonomous division in Tampa.
In November 2021, Icanstan also annexed an exclave in Florida, however, the area has since been lost in the Icanstani Civil War (November 26–27, 2021). On December 20, 2021, the nation abandoned Nirpi as a national language and has since switched to Icani, a conlang made specifically for the nation.
In May 2022, the nation fought a second civil war to reclaim their lost territory, this time coming out victorious against the insurgents. Also in May 2022 did the nation of Icanstan assist Davelandia in the Simp War, a two day conflict meant to eliminate the nation-state of Simps.
To celebrate the end of hostilities, the government of Icanstan, along with the government of Davelandia, founded the Micronational Olympic Committee and are set to hold the first Micronational Olympic Games in 2022, set to be held in Davelandia.

Icanstan was originally known as the Republic of Bob, but as of September 14 the name Icanstan was chosen from a nation name generator online.

The nation of Icanstan has existed in one form or another since early 2019. Since the nation's founding there has been a territory dispute with Cattafornia. On September 14, 2020 the name Icanstan was chosen as the official name of the country.
In November 2021, Icanstan also annexed an exclave in Florida, however, the area has since been lost in the Icanstani Civil War (November 26–27, 2021), to a former general of the Icanstani Military. The territory has been officially ceded to him and peace has since been made. In May 2022, however, war broke out once again between the two nations and Icanstan came out victorious.

There is no official police force in Icanstan, therefore, the military serves as the de-facto police force.

Icanstan recognizes two other nations: Cattafornia and Davelandia. Icanstan holds a positive relationship with Davelandia and a rather negative one with Cattafornia.

The military of Icanstan consists of two members. In November 2021, the Civil War saw a splintering within the armed forces, which caused a 2-day civil war that ended with the nation's defeat.
In May 2022, Icanstan was involved in 2 armed conflicts: the Simp War and the Second Civil War, both of which were victories for Icanstan.

The nation of Icanstan is mostly undeveloped woods, and the nation is quite humid and hot.

Icanstan has no economy to speak of, simply relying on the land to survive.
