Federal States of Monréal, is micronation in Asia. The Monréalian Government is Aristocracy Federal Monarchy, The Head of State is royalty from House of Astheria. Current Head of State is HM Queen Sylvia the Regina of all Monréalian. The Head of Government elected by Noble House, Thae nobles from great house. Current Head of Government or they call "Chancellor" is HRH Princess Floriana, Duchess of La Montá, The queen's sister. Federal States of Monréal include with Monréal (Capital State), Principality of Waltzburg, Duchy of La Montá, Duchy of San Thomas and Republic of Palleria.
Etymology
"Monréal" is capital state of Federal States of Monréal and become name of this country because this state largest state by population or area. This name from "Monté Real" (English: Royal Mountain) in spainish when they discovered this area and colonized. When french came and conquest Monté Real from Spain. They call this area as "Monréal" to make it different from Montréal.
History
Pre-Independence Age
In the past, Monréal isn't unified like today. Monréal and La Montá on the west was ruled by Spain and then France, San Thomas were ruled by Spain, Waltzburg were ruled by German and then Great Britain, Palleria were ruled by Great Britain. No one was independence. But in 1989, HRH Prince Albert, Duke of Monréal and La Montá marriage with HSH Princess Catherine Niara of San Thomas. Her mother, HSH Rachael Niara, Duchess of San Thomas accepted to become alliance with Monréal. The couple has two daughter; Sylvia and Floriana. After Prince Albert abdicated in 2018. Princess Sylvia become Duchess of Monréal. She marriage with HGDH Prince Martin von Waltzburg and signed the alliance treaty with Palleria. And Princess Floriana become Duchess of La Montá.
Declaration of Independence
The independence plot started in 2019. Duchess Sylvia,Now she become alliance with Waltzburg (husband), San Thomas (grandmother), La Montá (sister) and Palleria (treaty). 30 October 2020, The Ruler of 5 states meet in Royal Residence, Monréalville. They agree to declare independence and unite to one country. in next day on 12.00. Duchess Sylvia of Monréal declare independence of Monréal state. The provisional government was form after that. The regime like a aristocracy because government elected by nobles house, That from nobles in 5 states.

Federal States of Monréal have 5 states; Monréal, Waltzburg, La Montá, San Thomas and Palleria. Each states ruled by their ruler. Except Palleria that they are democracy. Head of State is royalty from house of Astheria. Head of Government elected by Nobles House, The only parliament in this country that they are aristocrats in 5 states.
