The Federal Democratic Republic of Rocha (or FDRR) is a micronation founded on the 29th of January 2019, by a council of 15 states. This nation is not recognized by the United Nations or NATO

History
On the 27th of January, representatives of 15 different areas of Colombia meet with one objective, preventing the left from taking over Colombia over the next years thanks to what they called "A failed democracy". This grudge against current Colombian political leaders and independence movements on some regions of Colombia lead to forming the first called Council of Delegates. Pressure from the Colombian government to dissolve this council and support from the army lead to the signing of the declaration of independence, on the 28th of January 2019. The Council of delegates held a vote minutes later to determine who is going to rule the Nation. Minutes later President Santiago Delarocha was sworn in as president of the FDRR. Later that day the Council of Delegates would turn into the Assembly of States.
Government and politics
The Federal Democratic Republic of Rocha is Federal Democracy, lead by presidentSantiago Delarocha and head of the Assembly of States Kayden Valduarte. The government is controlled by a single organization, the Assembly of States. Each state us governed independently, giving the freedom of each state of having its independent laws, depending on the needs of each state.
Assembly of States
Each states elects a representative at the start of each legislative term, acting as Governor of the State, and member of the Assembly of States. Its purpose is to taker countrywide decisions, and elect members of the government. Currently the Assembly of States is incomplete due to coming elections

Law and order
Each state different laws and in most cases trials are held in the local state to local jurisdiction unless it crosses state borders.
Citizenship ID Card
The Citizenship ID Card is used to prevent people that are not contributing to the development of the FDRR from leeching public services .To be eligible for Welfare, or Public health insurance, you are required to have a Citizenship ID card. This Citizenship ID card can be denied or revoked for a number of reasons. Having a Citizenship ID card is not a right.

Geography and climate
Ranging from 2600mt over sea level to 1000mt over sea level, we are a diverse country with multiple termical levels that gives the advantage of being able to cultivate all kinds of crops. The Capital city Victora, sits highup, isolated thanks to its strategic location over the Andes mountains.
