Emperorship elections for the Scorpion-Zyamfranzan Union were held on 4 February 2023 (2023-02-04), with many nations participating and contesting against each other. Mainly, Zeriez Hasan contested against Louis Franc and Eduardo Alvaro; incumbent emperor Scorio Muhammad was constitutionally barred from seeking third term in office and will no longer be barred after 2 elections. On 5 February 2023 (2023-02-05), the CA announced Zyamfranz's victory in the election.

The emperor election, the fourth in the nation's history, used a direct system, with Zyamfranz seeking for first term in presidential service, and to replace the Scorpion Union's political place, as if the nation had been constitutionally barred from seeking 3rd term as emperor.

Background

The election was a continuation of the January 2023 Emperorship Election, as if the Scorpion Union had won in the last election. After the Scorpion Union was constitutionally barred from seeking third term in the emperor's office, Zyamfranz was allowed to replace the Scorpion Union, however the election had started.

In the January 2023 SZU Emperorship Election, the Scorpion Union defeated Zyamfranz again, which continued both nations' career in emperorship

Available for voting

The SZU opened e-voting for the election, and was spread worldwide fast. 400,000 people from Wolflandia had voted for Zyamfranz in the e-voting, and the rest of the 100,000 are from other nations, including Zyamfranz itself. Meanwhile, most of the votes for Sud Côte'd'Français were from itself and the rest were unknown.

However, the SZU feared that the e-voting poll may be hacked by online hackers, therefore they downloaded an anti-hacking system in the poll. According to the record from the Zyamfranzan Special Forces, around 20 people had tried to hack the e-vote, with all of the hackers arrested.
