Empire of Salmonia
The Empire of Salmonia was established on 5/25/2021. It uses a simple government system, and was created to be a place for people to express their hobbies, and preferences. The nation has no defined territory yet. It has a black flag with a red circle in the center of it. In the center of the circle, there is a piece of sushi. The government is composed of three parts, Emperor, Head of Military, and Head of Special Forces.
Government
The government is made of three parts. The Emperor on top, the Head of Military in the middle, and Special Forces at the bottom. The Emperor creates laws, starts wars, and decides the fate of people who break laws. The Head of Military is in control of military, and gives feedback on wars to the Emperor. The Special Forces Leader is in control of national affairs, and secret military projects. The Emperor can choose a successor at any time, and if the emperor dies before choosing a successor, the citizens shall vote for one. The Head of Military is changed every 32 years, unless the Head of Military is fired, or quits. The population votes for the successor. This same rule applies for the Special Forces Leader.
Constitution
1. All citizens of Salmonia are protected under equal rights. No matter what age, gender, race, personality, sexuality, or personal background, all citizens (Including People Who Have Broken A Law) have the right to a fair trial. Any discrimination or harassment to citizens of Salmonia or citizens of allies to Salmonia is prohibited. The legal age of adulthood is 18. Once a citizen has reached 18, they have the freedom to do anything they wish as long as it is not illegal.
2. The Emperor of the nation shall create all laws. The Emperor cannot create laws that hinder or give special permissions, or advantages to any person or group. The Emperor cannot create any laws unless deemed absolutely necessary. The Emperor also has the power to decide the results of any and all court cases. The Emperor must hear the perpetrator's claim, and make an educated decision on the outcome. People who commit crimes have a punishment of being banished for a period of time. The Emperor chooses the amount of time for the person to be banished. A person will be banished permanently on the fourth offense.
3. The creation of a law goes as follows; the Emperor addresses a problem, and discusses possible solutions with the Head of Military, and Head of Special Forces. Once they have agreed on a solution that doesn't go against the constitution, they will each sign their signature below the law in an official documentation of the Salmonian laws. Laws cannot be removed unless voted upon by the Emperor, Head of Military, Leader of Special Forces, and 64% of the population.

"I pledge allegiance to the flag, of the Salmonian Empire. I will not harass any Salmonian Citizens of gender, race, sexuality, hobbies, personal background, or in any way possible. I will not commit crimes or treason, and will stay loyal to Salmonia until Death, Banishment or Personal Reasons."

Salmonia uses Kron for currency. They are only in bills, they have no coins.

Currently, Salmonia has a population of four people.
Location
The Salmonian empire is currently in the process of forming a Discord Server to be used as a location. In other words, it is currently an online nation. However, Salmonia has plans to set up on a piece of land in Japan in the future.
