Empire of Morrisland

The Empire of Morrisland, more commonly known as just Morrisland, is a now non-existent self-declared micronation that used to be located in Mallow, Ireland.

Etymology

The name Morrisland comes from a fictional legend created by the old leader of Morrisland, in which a Viking named Morris had a battle with some farmers on the place which Morrisland is located. The "Empire" part of the name is because Morrisland annexed some other micronations (which don't exist anymore either) that the leaders other family members made.

Flag

The flag of Morrisland is three bars on their sides. The bottom is green, for the grass and nature, the middle is black, for the capital town and the history, and the top, which is blue, is for the sky. The provinces retained the flags that they used to have.

Provinces

The provinces of the Empire were all once countries, all in the same household. This covers the provinces, once countrys, history.

Anglund

Anglund was established on 8 August 2020, in Glenbeigh, Ireland. Anglund moved to [censored] household, because Anglund was made by President [censored], [censored] cousin. went to [censored] House for about 2 months, to visit. Now there was 3 places under Anglunds control, Glenbeigh, Mallow, and Dublin. When [censored] started Morrisland, Anglund highly didn't want Morrisland to exist, as it feared it would get invaded. In the end, it did. Well, annexed. After it got annexed, the Glenbeigh part of Anglund collapsed. The Dublin part lasted until March 17, 2021.

Stunkland

Stunkland was a satirical country made by [censored], [censored] brother. It was named Stunkland because of how much [censored] room stunk. One of [censored] friends became the leader of Stunkland, just before Morrisland was made. Just after Morrisland was made, [censored] applied for citizenship of Morrisland. Shortly after he started the Great Rebellion.

History

On 10 February 2021, [censored] declared that Morrisland shall be an independent nation. Straight after the declaration, [censored],who then just became the leader of Morrisland, started selling little badges. He supposedly made 7 Euro off of it.

The Great Rebellion

At 7PM, [censored) brother, [censored], trashed his shop and said, "I'm getting tired of this! You need people to work for you, you can't just run a country by your own!". [censored] retaliated by punching his brother. [censored] ran away. The next day, a barricade was erected in front of [censored] bedroom door. [censored] managed to open his door and escape, but his brother punched him. [censored] went back into his room. A little later, [censored] made a speech.

"People of this house, I must make a statement. I shall now allow citizens of Morrisland to apply for government jobs. Have a good day."

He went back into his room again. About 15 minutes later, [censored] went into each room in the house and placed the Morrisian flag in it. On the top of the stairs, [censored] Read the Proclamation of annexation. His family cheered when he finished.

Around the centre of March, [censored] held a vote in which you could vote to keep the Empire, or dissolve it. [censored] did this as he felt it was too hard to run a country. Everybody except for one person voted to dissolve it.

Afterwards

After, [censored] created the Irish Remembrance Association, which its aim was to get people to remember the Easter Rising and the Anglo-Irish War. This was then again dissolved after [censored] lost ties with Ireland and started the failed nation of Fort Harp. After Fort Harp, he went back to his normal life while occasionally squabbling in the politics of other micronations. He is split on whether to reform the nation or to continue his own way.

Secret Plans

Many secret plans have been made by the Leader of Morrisland. All of these were assaults against the Republic of Ireland.

Rebellion

[censored] was supposed to gather a group of people who would fight for the Morrisinian Army, and then start a rebellion in a small village in County Cork called [censored]. They were to capture the village and a little bit of the surrounding countryside.

At least half of the Morrisinian Army was to march to [censored] and capture it.

[censored] Army

After the assault of [censored], [censored] would draft all the men in [censored] 16 to 36 into the Morrisinian Army and form a segment of the Morrisinian Army, the [censored] Army. They would serve as the border guards and soldiers.

Battle of Mallow

This was the biggest plan of the Empire of Morrisland, the Assault on Mallow. They had where everyone would go, and who would go, but the Empire was dissolved before anything happened.

The Morrisinian Army were to march to the northernmost point of [censored], in Mallow, and capture the [censored] that is there. They were to then march to [censored] House, and raise the Morrisinian flag. They were to march to [censored], and from there, capture [censored] and [censored]. Then they would assault the [censored] beside the [censored] and set that up as the headquarters of the Morrisinian Army. They would raise the Morrisinian flag and the war flag on the roof of the [censored], which would've been the HQ of the Morrisinian Army. The small Royal Navy of the Empire of Morrisland with support from the Army would march to the nearby larger building, [censored]. This decision was strange as the Navy only had 4 members, and no boats yet its HQ was to be the largest government building. Anyways, they would assault the [censored]. They would then push down [censored] and the [censored]. Any remaining parts of Mallow would be captured after. As you can probably tell now, [censored] wasn't joking around. He really wanted this.
