The Empire of (Great) Mancatia or commonly called Mancatia is a Neutral Nation in the world of Squirrel in the High Castle founded by the Remaining humans of the World to fight both the Squirrel Union and Chipmunk Resistance. Home to 123 Humans and 31,000,00 cats, Mancatia's population is trapped within its land and any cats to leave its land become Servants or Prisoners of the Squirrel Union for revenege of cat's murdering them in past.
History
In 2099 the remaining humans found two cats and mass produced clone's of them to liberate the world with them. The cats gained their independence freely from the Humans to be Neutral from war against Squirrel Union and Chipmunk Resistance.
