The Empire of Deloraine-Cavers (also known as Delo-Cavers Empire) is a micronation founded on 8 January 2007 by Kaiser Joshua II and Kaiser Zachary I. It is landlocked in Canada with a size of 13,000 square feet.

The Delo-Cavers Empire as defined by the Constitution in Chapter I Article 2 is a "Lutheran, sovereign, and imperial constitutional monarchy." There are two heads of state who are known as kaisers, subordinate powers are the Imperial Council made up of nobles and the Imperial Assembly made up of elected representatives. The two Kaisers have absolute power in the empire and may block any bill passed in either the Council or Assembly, however this is rarely done as to keep responsible government. There are curently three principalites and one province. The principalities are Marume, Urume, and Herume. The principalities are ruled by an appointed "Prince" or "Duchess" and they are the Kaisers representatives in the land. Marume and Urume are ruled by the Kaiser and are the two royal principalities. The current prince of Marume is Kaiser-Prince Joshua I, and the price of Urume is Kaiser-Prince Zachary I. Herume's Duchess is Lady Taylor. The only province is the Royal Province of Vanbeseland its governor is the Duke Aaron of Vanbeseland.

In the months before January 8, 2007 there were two small kingdoms, the Kingdom of Delorian, and the Kingdom of Cavers. They were ruled by King Zachary I and King Joshua II respectivly. The two kings who were brothers were often wanting more lands for their kingdom, and that meant that there was a threat of hostle takeover by the other. So in order to eleminate the threat of war the two brothers decided to sign the Treaty of Marume on January 1 signed in Marume in Cavers. This treaty stated that the two micronations were allies and that they would remain separate states under a intermicronational organization called the South Deloraine Alliance. The two leaders agreed that the two micronations would be better as one, so they drafted the Constitution of the Empire of Deloraine-Cavers to create the micronation now known today, which was signed on January 8, 2007. On January 14 the Treaty of Morton was signed at the Deloraine School, to bring a new province into the empire, it was to be called the Royal Province of Vanbeleland. It was signed by Kaiser Joshua II, Kaiser Zachary I, and now Governor Aaron of Vanbeseland.

The official currency of the Empire of Deloraine-Cavers is the Reichmünze (&). The rate of exchange for the Reichmünze is found by the price of one Co-op brand of cola in Deloraine, Manitoba. Since not everyone can go to Deloraine and see the rate of exchange, the Imperial Bank has the exchange rate posted on their website. The Imperial Bank has issued a bill commemorating Kaiser Joshua I (Emperor Joshua Norton I), who was made an honorary Kaiser by act of the Houses on January 20, 2007.

The culture of the Delo-Cavers Empire is strongly influenced by German culture and history. One of the national holidays in Martinstag on February 18 celebrating the reformer Martin Luther. There is also Kaiser Joshua I Day celbrated on January 8, this day commemorates Emperor Joshua I, self proclaimed Emperor of the United States. Since this day is also the day the Empire was founded, Empire Day is observed on January 1, the day the Kaisers signed the Treaty of Marume, and the day the Empire slowly started to form. Popular foods in Delo-Caversian culture include sausage casserole, perogies, and mashed potatoes. The official language of the Empire is English and is spoken by every resident, there is also 40% of the population wich have some degree education in the French language.
