The Emergency Alert System of the EXE/SDA California Republic is a system created by the EXE/SDA California Republic government on 16 February 2023. It is now controlled by the Emergency Alert Service.
Classifications
| Cyan Level | Eradicated and Awareness is very low or non-existent | No awareness due to the disease being eradicated |

| Blue Level | No special awareness. | No special awareness; normal seasonal diseases. |
| Green Level | Fast-Spread And Reoccurring Disease Season | normal but faster disease spread (flu, cold, etc.) |
| Yellow Level | Public Health Emergency | Fast spreading pandemic/epidemic/outbreak (COVID-19, Monkeypox) |
| Orange Level | Pandemic Emergency | Very high virulence and infectivity rate (Lockdowns) |
| Red Level | Absolute Pandemic/Public Health Emergency | Extremely high virulence and infection rate (Evacuation of infected areas and burning the dead, etc.) |
