The Fraildenese State, more commonly and colloquially known as Fraild Districtà, is a self-proclaimed country located in Europe, originally established on an unknown date, approximated to be between 2017 and 2019.

Etymology

The use of the name "Fraild" (/fræɪld/) originally derives from the name of founder and current Head of the National Council Fraild.

History

The Fraildenese State was originally established between 2017 and 2019. It was named after the founder Fraild, who also, at the moment of the foundation, didn't know of the existence of micronations. In September 2022, following the re-structuring into a semi-democracy of April 2022, the Fraildenese State entered in a period of major instability, causing the creation of a provisional junta.

Politics

The Fraildenese constitution defines the Fraildenese State as a unitary state under a semi-democratic dual power system, with the Head of the National Council as the main and in-power for life head of state and government. The Head of the Legislative Council and the Head of the Executive Council are the second-highest officials within the state, both elected every 8 months by the Legislative Council.

Foreign relations

Since 2023, the Fraildenese State has started establishing formal bilateral relations with other sovereign self-proclaimed states.

Currently, one of the main diplomatic partners of the Fraildenese State is the State of Rovia, with both countries having signed two mutual cooperation and recognition treaties and being part of numerous international projects.
