The State and Duchy of Rotfels is a subdivision of the Queendom of Rheinwall and its founding place. A state of Rheinwall it is divided into three areas of influence with varying degrees of control, as all Rheinwallian states are.

Council of Advisors
The Council of Advisors is elected every new moon. It consists out of the floored square root of the number of citizens and has an advisory role, with the exception of veto power within 48 hours of an act of Parliament or a decree of the Duchess passing.
History
In the first Council of Advisors, two people voted and the vote was split between Royalistisch Partei Rheinwall (R.P.R) and none. The Duchess broke the tie in favor of R.P.R.
