The empire of humans, more commonly known as the human empire, is a micronation in {arkansas}

Etymology

it's leader aways wanted to unite the earth. but he desided to start with his home state.

Politics and government

it's a Semi constitutional monarchy. so 1/2 of the power goes to the kaiser and the other 1/2 goes to the people.

The kaiser has 1/2 of the power to make stuff.

The chancellor is the one who is the representative to both the kaiser and the people.

The Oberhaus has 5 representatives for every 2-7 people. they have the sole power of Impeachment.

and the Volk has only 2 representatives for every place. and has the sole power to try all Impeachments.

Law and order

the kaiser and the chancellor has the power to make laws with help from the legislature.

Military

its only Branche is the army.

The ministry of security is responsible for security and helping to carry out laws in the human empire. It was established on 3 feb 2023 under the Ministry Act to manage security.

Ministry of War

The ministry of War is responsible for helping the kaiser lead the army. It was established on 3 feb 2023 under the Ministry Act to manage war.

Ministry of finance

The Ministry of finance is responsible for helping to Providing advice to the Government on economic and financial matters, and Preparation of development plans, strategies and projects. It was established on 3 feb 2023 under the Ministry Act to manage finances.

Ministry of education

the ministry of education is responsible for Careful Utilization of Educational Budget, Regulation of New School Systems, and App and Website Development. It was established on 3 feb 2023 under the Ministry Act to manage education.
