The Rulgarian State, more commonly known as Rulgaira, is a micronation in Trinidad and Tobago located in the Caribbean next to Venezuela, the country has 29 districts and 1 municipality. The country was founded on January 16th 2023 when bored and with nothing to do one of the two grandchildren ( both boys ) of Joseph and Karen Ferreira decided, that they should create a nation. The only two people who were involved were the future vice president/first lady and the grandson first she wanted an absolute monarchy then democracy but after time without her knowledge the country was now a dictatorship.
The politics in the country are very calm because of it being a military dictatorship there are no arguments instead the president gives out his proposals for different law or issues. If it’s a law then the Grand National Assembly ( run by the military junta ) takes a vote always 100 to 0 and it’s passed, if an issue the president can give his proposals or someone else can if the leader likes someone else’s proposal then it’s passed but if he likes his own proposal then that proposal is passed.
The Rulgarian State is happy to engage with all micronations it does not have hostility to. If they are hostile to it they will cut all trade and embargo them because of Rulgaria’s zero tolerance policy to countries who try to put it down or act like it’s there puppet or start acting hostile to them.

If you search up “what does rulgaria mean?” You mite get a google translation, form Portuguese to English in English “rulgaria” means rule.

The legislature is the Grand National Assembly which in-forces all the laws the president wants.

The armies official name is the Rulgarian, Armed Forces or RAF ( not to be confused with the British Royal Air Force also called the RAF ). It is split into 5 divisions the army the navy the cost guard the air force and the nuclear weapons program. The Rulgarian State is happy to engage with all micronations it does not have hostility to. If they are hostile to it they will cut all trade and embargo them because of Rulgaria’s zero tolerance policy to nations who try to put it down or act like it’s a puppet to, them or are hostile with them.

The are many ministries for example the ministry of agriculture ,fishing , nuclear weapons , family , war , propaganda, the interior, the exterior, of exports , of food etc.

Since the country is close to the equator there are only two seasons a rainy season and a dry season.

One TT dollars is the equivalent to 10 Rulgarian Dollars.
Culture
The countries culture is similar to Caribbean and local cultures there thus in Rulgaria they celebrate Carnival.
