The Kingdom of Sibbesborg (formerly Gisselö) was founded on the 9th of September 2022. Though they only formally declared independence on the 21st of January 2023.
The Kingdom of Sibbesborg is an mock gov micronation located in southern Finland. Some of its core values are equality, peace and freedom. It is focused on developing an economy and micronational peace. The Principality of Gisselö is a constitutional monarchy, with the judiciary as a legislative branch of the government.
Gisselö does not have an official military, but they have “royal guards” that do the jobs of both military and police.
The nation's economy is based around selling stamps and “exchanging” the currency (sibbest). Even though the economy is not huge. The nation's development has taken some major steps.
Government
The power in The Kindom of Sibbesborg is split between the house of consuls and the monarch. The house of consuls must approve all changes proposed by the king, and the monarch must accept proposals by the consulate before the changes are verified.
The house of consuls consists of 5 members selected with an approval voting system, where people can vote for any number of candidates as they want.
Nobility
Baron/Baroness: At the lowest level of the nobility, the Barons can get appointed this rank by conscientious work for the government or renowned religional work. It is a recognition of their work. Barons and baronesses cannot be selected as the king but can be selected to be a consul. Title holders: Arttu patjas Matias Kinnunen
Earl/Countess: Earls and Countesses will be appointed as a recognition for multiple remarkable achievements in religion, science or military success.

Marquess/Marchioness: The Marquesses and Marchionesses are next in the nobility hierarchy and are granted authority over a substantial region known as a march or marquisate. The march might serve as a buffer zone or borderland, requiring significant attention to protect against potential invasions or border skirmishes. Duke/Duchess: At the pinnacle of the noble hierarchy are the Dukes and Duchesses. They wield immense power and influence and must be directly related to the ruling monarch (first cousin, sibling, child, grandchild etc). Dukes govern vast territories, such as a duchy or a large province, and hold considerable sway over regional affairs and politics. In some cases, a Duke might even be assigned as the monarch's representative in a distant or critical region.
History
Sibberborg's diplomacy was small, until they joined the DML (Discord Micronations League) when they were invited by the leader of DML. After joining the DML, Sibbesborg's diplomacy started growing fast. After a couple months of being in the DML bubble, Sibbesborg started to look for new nations to get into relations with.
It was about these times when The People's Republic of Rudut declared war on Sibbesborg. This war lasted for 1 day and ended in a white peace this conflict is officially called the first rudutian war. The second rudutian war begun with a misunderstanding from Sibbesborg, of a raid against their ally, the empire of antarctica. This led to assault by Sibbesborgian forces against rudut. The assault was succesful and ended up collapsing rudut, which had to be rebuilt with the assist of Sibbesborg.
Sibbesborg was in really good relations with democracy palmyra atoll. They were thinking about unifying, but there was a few arguments about how the nations government would work. Palmyras leader did not know what to do with his nation. So he suggested the unification. Gisselö declined, and offered for the leader of palmyra a position in the government. The president of palmyra atoll became the prime minister of Sibbesborg on 8th of january 2023.
Sibbesborg moved officially to a more irl based micronation on 29th of december 2022. After this started the times of economic improvement. Sibbesborg was trying to find ways to better their economy. This problem was solved with the introducement of Sibbest as an official currency. Sibbesborg also made a custom stamp.
During the spring and summer of 2023 Sibbesborg Became increasingly inactive. But at the end of the summer the nation begun taking steps, like the re activation act, which failed. But during the january the nation started getting more and more active.
