According to the First Draft of the Basic Law of the Republic of Michael passed by the Congress on 19 December,2022,R.O.M. implements democratic system,and the people of R.O.M. hold the power of R.O.M.

Republic of Michael implements the people's voting system,the president and officials are nominated and elected by the people.
