The Principality of Eswoutani, is a micronation in Central Europe which officialy holds territory only in Slovakia, more specifically in Petržalka and Dedinka. The official leader is Her Highness Princess Nina I..
History
The Principality of Eswoutani was established in November of 2023 after now the Princess declared independence from Slovakia due to its inability to provide enough political neutrality in europe. Our independence was totally peaceful and we only have territory disputes with the Slovak Republic.
Politics and government
The politics of Eswoutani are pretty simple, we are a isolated micronation with a absolute monarchy as its government type. We are neutral in the majority of micronational politics but we are still open to Alliances from other micronations. We also wont ally with the majority of Fascist micronations due to us having our personal problems with it.
Government
As already mentioned our government type is an absolute monarchy under the reign of a Prince or a Princess (Monarch). The parts of our government is the Head of the state (Monarch), Regent (If needed) and then the Head Minister who holds the status of being the public figure executing the orders set by the Monarch.
Head of state
Head of state has all of the absolute power, they have no limitations to what they can and what they cannot do, basically they are the state's government. They only act as the "Brain" figure while the Head Minister executes all of the orders and laws etc.. set by the Monarch.
Head of government
Head of government is de-jure also the Monarch but de-facto it is the Head Minister who is the real head of government. They have the powers that the Monarch has allowed them to have since they will do what ever the monarch will say. (Executing all of the orders set by the Monarch)
Law and order
The head of the Judicial system is also the Head of State (Monarch) most of our laws are enforced trough our communications discord server, the highest punishment a person can get is to be Exiled and banished from the Micronation. Most of our laws are written on our discord server.
Foreign relations
Our foreign policy is pretty simple, as already stated we are neutral in majority of the micronational politics but we are still open for alliances with other micronations, our policy for alliances is that we shall mutually recognise each other and have a non agression pact.
