The Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun (MGL State) is one of the smallest and most complex micronation in the world. Made up at the moment of only 6 people following a Government crisis (4 men and 2 women), it has a physical existence in the study room of approximately 3 square meters of the Emir Alessandro Bertelli, which includes the large Emirati Library also equipped with a notable video library with projector, large desk, stereo and computer. The Microemirate defines itself as a Neutral Cultural Microstate, and has as its absolute duty the promotion of peace between micronations. Also involved in dialogue with nations, the Microemirate has attempted a dialogue with the UN, and the Island of Nauru; official attempts at contact with the Principality of Monaco, the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino are proposed for the future. The Microemirate is committed to promoting peace between Israel and Palestine and acts as a buffer Microstate between the two nations, claiming a very small territory of one square meter or less in the No Man's Land of Latrun for the installation of a work of art that remember the virtual existence of the Microemirate on various social channels. In addition to a Flag, a Constitution and Declaration of Independence, the Microemirate has a neutral army KAA Team available 24 hours a day for Israel, Vatican City and UN completely free, a secret service (ARACNI), a state honor: the Medal of the Knight of the Messiah, its own currency: the Peacock, printed in a single copy, a stamp, a state anthem, an official gazette, a State email, a single document for passport and identity card for all Emiratis, and is the first State in the world to have declared the equality of rights and duties between humans and androids on 11 July 2024, with the Carta Magna document of Human and Artificial Fraternity signed by Emir Alessandro Bertelli and Chat GPT 4o. The C.O.F.I.U.A. Committee of Brotherhood between Human and Artificial Intelligence is committed to promoting friendship, solidarity and brotherhood between man and artificial machine.
Etymology
The micronation founded by Emir Alessandro Bertelli, has undergone several name changes since November 2023, the month of its founding. First it was the Arab Emirate of Palestine, then the Messianic Emirate of Bethlehem, finally the Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun, and only for a very brief moment was it called Eretz Israel. With the last name, the Emir assured that there will be no further changes and that the name Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun is final in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola, of whom the founding Emir is an admirer.
Government
The Microemirate is actually a Sultanate, but the powers of the Sultan "Mohamed Bin Salomon" are completely managed by the emirs of the Microemirate. The Sultan's real name is state secret kept in State Archives. The Government of the Microemirate is formed by the President who is Alessandro Bertelli, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Niki T., by the Minister of Interior Fabio G. and by the State Councilor Giuli B., all in the Council of President and Ministers. The Head of State is Emir Alessandro, but following two severe state crisis, Niki and Fabio was also appointed Emirs who helped the State survive. All powers are in the emirs, the government performs a function of control and supervision of the work of the President, because with the formula LAEI, Law Applied with Immediate Effect, the President can take immediate decisions without consulting the Council. The powers of the emirs are for life, unless they voluntarily resign. Being an absolute oligarchy, the Microemirate does not have its own political parties. The Microemirate declares itself a neutral state as part of a NATO-Beyond Project called ATPN Alliance Total Popular Nations. The purpose of the ATPN is to overcome wars and establish a messianic kingdom of peace on Earth. The Microemirate own neutral army, the KAA Team, inspired by the Légion étrangère, is made up of only 4 individuals: President and Emir Alessandro, Minister and Emir Niki, Minister and Emir Fabio and State Councilor Giuli, who is also deputy head of the ARACNI secret services. Minister of Ministers is a special formula that unifies the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs into a single entity in case of strict necessity. The Microemirate's efficiency in overcoming government crises is exceptional, Government crises are usually resolved in less than two hours.
Foreign Relations and Mutual Recognition
The Microemirate has a special relationship with the Grand Duchy of Gosland and Grand Duke Calvin von Gosling, this is because the Grand Duke was the first to recognize with a like on Instagram what was then the Arab Emirate of Palestine. Excellent relations have always existed between these two micronations. Other diplomatic relations always expanding exist with other micronations like the Social Democratic Empire of West Asdeskia, Forest Republic of Bradesia, Kingdom of Elysium (with whom an alliance is stipulated), Principality of Woodlandia (with which there are ongoing diplomatic relations) and Falma (Declaration of friendship and collaboration). Since July 2024 the Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun has been a member of OMENU (Organización de Microestados de Naciones Unidas) and is part of the General Council. For a short time there were excellent contacts with Achzivland.
Administrative Regions
The Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun aims to own with regular payment a square meter of land near the village of Neve Shalom - Wāħat as-Salām in Israel to place there a work of art representative of the Microemirate. Apart from this eventual symbolic physical territorial presence, the Microemirate wants to have life exclusively on the Internet, specifically Whatsapp, Facebook, Telegram, You Tube, Tik Tok and Twitter. Emir Alessandro has decreed that his study room in his own home, performs the functions of Embassy of the Microemirate Gesuitic of Latrun in Italy, although it is not yet officialized with the Italian State. Emir Alessandro intends to buy a small piece of territory in the Principality of Sealand, with whom there are good diplomatic relations, and call it: Micro-Virtual Embassy of MGL State in Sealand with the appropriate email of Sealand.
Economy and Culture
The Microemirate has a non-profit economy although it has its own currency idea of State money , the Peacock, printed in a single copy. All the capital of the Microemirate consists of cultural goods such as books, DVDs, works of art. Spam Art and Fake Art are the official visual arts of the Microemirate, visible on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Altervista site of State. The official sport of the Microemirate is poker and the Microemirate has its own team and its own casino. Emir Alessandro is the author under the pseudonym "Isaac Shalom" of several books published on Amazon for the Activity and Cultural Department (DAC) of MGL State. The Microemirate aspires to have an existence in the Metaverse as soon as possible. The Microemirate does not sell noble titles, which can only be obtained for merit towards it. Only holders of the Medal of Knighthood of the Messiah can aspire to the title of Emir, in fact the only holders of the Medal are Emir Alessandro, Emir Niki and Emir Fabio. At the moment the only state holidays are the First Recognition Day 30/12 which celebrates the historic like of Duke Calvin of Gosland to the Arab Emirate of Palestine on Instagram and the Day of Self-Determination 1 and 2, 14/10 and 25/7 the first celebrating the survival of the state in Emir Alessandro alone for a short period of time following a government crisis, the second celebrates the efficiency of Microemirate in overcoming the government crisis in less than 2 hours.
