Kingdom of Saburan or Kaharian ng Saburan, formerly under the Ruslavian Federation or the Republic of Ruslabya is a Micronation located in Guimaras Island, Western Visayas, Republic of the Philippines. Saburan is the Second Micronation in the Island of Guimaras.
Saburan lies between the boundaries of the Municipality of Nueva Valencia (Most portion are located in Nueva Valencia, northern portion of Nueva Valencia) in Concordia or Concord, the Gateway of Nueva Valencia and East of the Boundary of the Republic of Ruslabya.
