A word Cenotalic doesn't mean anything but come from the mixing of Cenotsk and Catholic.
According to Cenotese Dictionary, Cenotalic first use was 1815 by the government, This word do not have any directly meaning, but Cenotalic use for reference about "Most of Cenotian main religion are Roman catholic"

After many years of focusing on the Reunification, Fortunately, British and Portuguese seem like to help the kingdom by trading Military supplies, and Other port, led to the Almost successful unification, but still remain 5 states (including Cenotalic) on this island, later, they decided to make treaty of Martinsen to avoiding conflict led to the war each other
The golden age of Colonization
After the many problems and conflicting in the island, King Volgadd II seem likes to better at the expansion his territory and his idea were used in the country many time. later, The kingdom start to begin their own colony territory, and the main purpose of colonization was The trading with the new thing for development and Expansion territory, but, When the kingdom has trading with the foreign people, They must sharing with the other states and fortunately it was normal and peaceful to do that, however, Cenotalic successful to colonization in Africa, Caribbean. when the 7 years war between those colonizers, and Cenotalic might be in high risk due to their colonies and their own homeland was the between of 2 allies, they choose the be neutral mostly but cannot escaping the battlefield, finally, they join as the Anglo-Prussian coalition and win.
The Napoleonic war
In the era when King Alfred I Was the monarch of Cenotalic Many years after the seven years war, they seem like to be positive due to the Result of won in the seven years war but not for long time, The Napoleonic war has begin in the 1805, they seem to be ignore the war, but the effect of the war cause the concern inside the kingdom, Later, they decide to join as the British coalition and win again, the kingdom do not serious in the war too much, they're still focus on their economic

Before people have their democracy, the kingdom formerly government type was the absolute monarchy which allowed the King or queen to Govern the country itself, But getting unsatisfied and concerned in the 1815, king Wilhelm Frederick was the young heir to appointed when 19 after his father mysterious murder by his own mother or Queen Jeanette, His Duties are too hard for his Monarch career and the power absolute under Queen Jeanette regime, although there's The Regent council and Privy council, She's most hated queen more than Marie Antoinette due to her Crime. when it's 1 month under Queen Jeanette, Near states didn't reaction as happy to her regime and send the Message to step down from the Leadership, But the queen choose to ignore their warning message and declare to boycott them, finally, The 3 revolutionaries leader or with their loyalist military has begin the coup toward queen Jeanette, lead to the end of the absolute monarchy and begin of the constitutional monarchy as well, The revolution effect have cause the Abolish of slavery in the kingdom and even colonies too, And lead to the concerning of every Absolute monarchy duchy or states nearly Cenotalic due to Constitutional monarchy have been used in the kingdom and might lead to the revolution in the states again.
Frederian era were happened after the King Frederick become a monarch in 1814, but also happened after the revolution 1815, The frederian era was the golden age of non-slavery in the country and colonies, with the new trading without slavery work in. also the Early time when constitutional monarchy were used to be a new government system. These were used to be a best time for all Cenotian. Frederian era was ended in 1853 after the following of King Frederick abdication due to the cancer and passed away in 2 days after abdication, allowing Crown prince William bandeaux bjorkett Augustus to become as the new king of Cenotalic
The coup d'etat 1829
The first coup ever after the revolution, the coup staged by Melgaard Helberg, A commander of the navy. The reason for coup d'etat is Unstable in the government and the Corrupt in the country, The coup d'etat 1829 was the bloodless coup, Unseat the Prime minister Christoffer Velvett for attempt to abolish Monarchy in Cenotalic. The coup didn't affect to any of economic or disturb the country development anything too much, After the coup in Cenotalic, Melgaard decide to rewrite and fixed in the 1816 constitution as are following.

The reunification of Cenotalic happened in 1832 after the Duchy nearly kingdom was failed to develop, lead to the many civil war or the Collision, The kingdom's government used their plan to unite all country in the Atlantis island becoming one, but failed due to coup d'état 1829 disturb the government. The only surviving duchy was Duchy of Geuhenn-Houbert, The Island duchy, they were survived of reunification by make a treaty to help Cenotalic reunite their land, Except Geuhenn-Houbert, The monarch of Cenotalic confirmed to be neutral on war and Confirmed that government did due to the Assassination in the Monarch lead to the dangerous risk to stay on here.
Duchy of Geuhenn-Houbert was the Last ever state to avoiding annexation, but the avoiding failed after The Duchy have been Revolution and changed to the Republic of Geuhenn-Houbert, declare war on Cenotalic but unfortunately, Defeated.
World war 1
The World War 1 happened in 1912, There's only war took place in Europe, Kingdom of Cenotalic was an Island country which do not belong to Europe, Africa or North America, And this reason may use to be an excuse from In risk of war inside the country, Cenotalic have been Participate in WW1 as the allies power first 1914 along with Portugal to defeat the German from occupation the Belgium and took a German colony in the East coastline of Africa, Even it failed, but they're still on war, They might concerning of German spy entering in The kingdom like France and cause the Vandalism or unrest inside the country itself.
Until 1918 AD, the central power finally surrendered to Allies power, The result of Cenotian Casualties in WW1 is absolute 200,000 dead and 50000 wounded, but they're still concerning of post-world war due to the established of Soviet Union and might spreading their communism in Europe and Cenotalic.
World war 2
The world war happened in 1939, When the Third Reich and soviet declare war on Republic of Poland, they're not worried too much. Until The German has took the France with their colonies, they begin to join with allies to Took a Military Administration in France's colonies for get rid of Axis power. But in the 1941, The military of Cenotalic start to begin a popularism for Protect the country from Third Reich after the Previous Government ended due to prime minister's Announced his position belong to Marshal Erlen houfed for the Preparing of axis power, Finally, The Military junta government declare to join the Axis power, And the signal of Their war is little, They do joining any of Minor battle with avoiding participate a Big battle (e.g. Genocide) and allowed to let axis power ship pass the port or trade Military supplies, Although they're threatened by Britain and US invasion.
Their first Battle is Invasion of Patrick beach in late 1941, They didn't aware of invasion by Britain, their island is Located between Europe and US and might easily defeated, but the 1 week later, The result of war is no one win, Although there's Wounded soldier after the battle, Cenotian military has given a reason is joining as the axis power was a secretly faked news, They use this to trick the axis power And there's no any of axis power country know this news. When the axis power getting weaken due to allies' forces, Cenotalic finally declare joining as the allies' force and confirmed to betray the whole axis power. until 1945, after the Third Reich finally surrendered due to the invasion, with the Japanese empire Surrender

The post-WW2 biggest event in the Cenotian History, after Marshal Erlen houfed have been resignation due to Post-WW2, He let the people to have an election, But unfortunately, Marshal Devand Svict, The marshal known as the figure in the government WW2 have staged a Coup d'etat 1946 and took a PM seat, Cancelled the election, lead to the Totalitarian in The kingdom, The people inside the country do not happy with Devand government took place without permission, and limit of freedom. Some of newspapers started to get censorship, even USA News cannot to do, Many Near countries, especially Harry s. Truman (US president) start to statement about Marshal Devand Svict need to resign from the PM seat or US will declare war on the Military junta government, Unfortunately, The government ignored everything warned him, until the people start to violently protest to toward Devand, The worse is, They're crack down the protesters by Use a military to shoot, but it's doesn't finished yet, after the US warned many time, They're finally blacklisted devand fir human rights violence.
Marshal devand begin to boycott US by blocking their trading route and arrested all US Embassy, But only 3 days, The people getting out of hand, they're using their weapons to fighting back a military, Finally, in 16 October 1947, Marshal devand have been caught for escaping and renting in the Apartment to hide, He get killed by stabbed and thrown out in the window in later, Ended Devand's regime
Even it's happy ending for the all Cenotian, but the monarch didn't happy with it, King Ferdinand wasn't happy with the killing of PM, he don't want to let those people killing each other, He's chooses to Abdication after the PM with the cabinet death, Princess Christina Hjort Catherine Becoming as the first queen of Cenotalic After King Ferdinand Abdicated.
The Catherian era
The era when Queen Calista Catherine becoming as the first queen of Cenotalic, But also The era when It was post-WW2 or Cold war. The kingdom of Cenotalic didn't worried to much about the Communism, They refuse to fight with the communist country, They make a Good relationship with NATO and Warsaw pact to declare as the neutral or does not fight with Those 2 alliances.
The communism in Cenotalic was first notice at the Mountain nyland and The Mountain Norgaard, And the battle started around same mountain, They didn't mind it too much because of their weakness. until in 1973, The Assassination toward Queen Calista Catherine by Those Communist of Cenotalic volunteers cause the main problems of communist, The government declare to Start a war with the people who suspect as the communists and allowed citizen to kill them if are 100% communism, lead to the Big genocide and the Big battle around the mountain. Finally, The government won the War with communism, but they refuse to blame Soviet union or any of Communist country, They blame Christolf Mickælsen, The Founder of Communist party of Cenotalic.
The Catherian era didn't ended after her majesty Queen Calista Catherine passed away. The Catherian era ended after King Alfred II passed away in 1985

The government type of the kingdom is Constitutional monarchy and Representative democracy, Constitutional monarchy ruled by House of Habsburg, The Representative democracy was the main purpose of election, but the conflict and issues in democracy system may happened, depend on the Prime minister, although they're strong democracy.

Basically, Monarch of Cenotalic was the head of state, but cannot govern the country or participate in the government, head of state in Cenotalic was Limited power due to the govern ability in hand of Prime minister according to the Constitution of 1947
The current Head of state is King William II, His ability as Head of state is Approval any of bills from house of representative, represent as diplomacy if possible, and rarest thing, decline all coup if they required to agree by Royal. The head of state were reference to make a better relationship because the main leader without prime minister or other hold the government will be the best thing to keep the good relationship between the countries and avoiding cause war.
The head of state can often enter the parliament for the addressing to the MP in the State Opening of Parliament, but if there's no event to mention "allowed", they will be forbidden to enter due to Symbolization of the People's freedom and Anti-Absolutism to allowed here according to their Traditional. Prime minister required to come from politician career, Prime minister is the position elected from the election, but prime minister approval can be declined if the parliament vote was nay or disagreement, Prime minister can be impeachment due to Violent or PM power for abusive. They're chill position because of their task didn't serious or important too much, they are only responsible to the Security etc.
The acting prime minister didn't use in anytime, they were use for the Temporary prime minister due to Former Prime minister was Impeachment, Resign or possibly Passed away during their office time, their power is same as the real prime minister but cannot stay as long or establishment the mega projects
