The January 28th Program of Shanghai Aerodynamics and Astronomy (J28SAA), commonly known as the Shanghai Program or the Shanghai-January project is a Ferozan human space flight program that is not controlled by any administration. The program was formed on December 16, 2022. Its main goal is to test Ferozan space flight and see if a man-made satellite can enter the earth’s atmosphere.[1]

The plan of the project by 2026-2027 was to establish a colony on the lunar surface, also to create bases in Mars to discover new soil, and bring it back to Earth to study it. With a possible proposal to make a colony on Titan by 2030.

History

With the independence of Feroza in August 2022, many plans for how the nation to stabilize began. When the nation joined the Second Micronational War on Terror a day after its creation, Feroza began rapidly improving its technology and army. With many rocket designs being built for testing, specifically the R1 Rocket, which was a ‘disguise rocket’ which was a rocket with a large sheet covered over it. The Ferozan military government attempted to make it like the V2 to reach at least 2 miles to the atmosphere, but most attempts failed as the rocket type would explode since the rocket fuel would be in the chamber at 200 liters, thus causing the fuel tank to combust and cause the rocket to detonate mid-air.
