Intrinour is a unitary state located in the northwest Houston Sector. It is officially a monarchy and is known for its strides for social justice and civil liberties. It is ruled by Leviticus I of the Levitin Royal Family.

History

On 26 October 2023, Leviticus I signed a document known as the Popular Initiative of Intrinour. This document states the formal independence and declaration thereof the nation of Intrinour. Laurania was established as an immediate territory on 12 January 2024 and Stelock followed two days later by royal decree on 14 January 2024.

It is under the best interest of the people that the Cultural Nation of Intrinour manifests into something more. We the people regard ourselves as deserving of what is rightfully ours. Therefore, I, Leviticus I, The Representative of Intrinour therefore sign this popular initiative, in favor of the people. This in accordance with the ideals of the people will crown I, Leviticus I as Queen of Intrinour to rein with total control in agreement with the referendum of the people as sought out September of this year.

Politics and government

Intrinour is a one-party state controlled by the Unity Party of Intrinour which is run by Leviticus I. Every aspect of government is held directly responsible to Leviticus I. Both non queen figures of state positions, Duchess of Mills and Princess Amber I have no authority over the government but instead serve as diplomatic personnel to the assistance of Leviticus I. Intrinour does not take the form of typical traditionally authoritarian nations such as the Soviet Union, but instead assumes a egalitarian influence in it's laws. Leviticus I claims that "humans all live together on one planet and should exist as a multi-cultural society celebrating these difference." However, as Leviticus I is still autocratically in control of the government it would be wrong to describe their policies as libertarian since she holds a higher position than the common citizen of Intrinour governmentally.

Intrinour claims 4 separate regions formally. Laurania, Synestia, and Stelock are all regions that are made up of individual structures, however Dry Creek is made up of a large water way and it's respective paths.

Dry Creek

Dry Creek was formally annexed into Intrinour on the 3rd of May in 2024. It is formally uninhabited and census data is not collected. Despite this, it still finds itself home to multiple drug users who are not officially recognized as citizens but instead residents of Intrinour. Surveys conducted by Leviticus I conclude, "Dry Creek is a beautiful piece of land. It is rid of the influence of those in the surrounding areas and despite its name contains a flowing river that elegantly paves its way through the corridors of the creek. It is beautiful and it is home, a valuable piece to this nation." The territory contains many species of tallgrass, as well as numerous wildflowers such as Gaillardia pulchella, Lantana achyranthifolia, and Verbena xutha. Dry Creek receives the brute of the floods when compared to the surrounding international regions. Waters variate from a peak depth in the center of the creek of 3 to 10 feet with a typical flash flood. This flooding under normal circumstance drains back to the average resting 3 feet over the course of 48 hours at most. The largest challenge to the territory remains largescale flooding damaging small amounts of infrastructure and littering. From the surrounding nations plastic waste is thrown over the border lines into the territory and creates hazards for local Fauna such as various birds and rodents.

Culture

Intrinour does not declare any religion to be the national religion. However, ethnic Jews make up a large portion of the population, specifically in Stelock which influences holidays celebrated in this region. Leviticus I has claimed that she embraces all religion as she strives for an egalitarian nation. While the vast majority of Intrinour is atheist, cultures presiding within Intrinour are able to praise any deity and practice any religion. Gender is also considered to be an irrelevant factor in culture as the one of the nations founding principles was a rejection of gender roles. All people greet each other with handshakes and exchange gifts if it is a formal occasion. The people of Intrinours practices are mostly similar to those around the mainland in the United States. However there are some practices much more common in Intrinour than the United States, these include serving tea and coffee with every meal, Cereal being served after dinner, and people presenting themselves in more formal manners in public. It is also common practice for visitors of Laurania to pay visit to the current Minister of Cat Like Affairs who presides over Laurania as a figure of tourism.

Music

Music is widely regarded to be the most important aspect of culture in Intrinour. Dancing is among one of the most common activities of people. Music genre varies via region.
