The Imperial Union Party (IUP), also known as the Imperial Party, is a democratic and imperialist political party in the Union of West Richland States. The party was founded on June 13th 2024 by Garrett Droppo because a presidential election was coming up and there weren't any political parties in the country yet. It currently has three members, who make up the entire upper house of the country.
History
The Imperial Union Party was founded on June 13th, 2024 by Garrett Droppo, as a center-right, democratic and imperialist political party. It was founded in response to the lack of political parties within the UWRS, where few people showed interest in politics. The timing of the party's formation was crucial, as the UWRS was approaching an election, and Garrett saw an opportunity to fill the political vacuum. The creation of the IUP started a shift in the political landscape of the UWRS, where people with similar governmental ideas started to work together instead of standing alone.
Logo
The flag of the IUP was made by Garrett on the same day that the party was created. The V represents the high but equal people of the union, the red represents the strength within the people, and the white lines in the V are the land and rivers. The ribbon intersecting the V on the top says "Unio Civitatum Unitum" which is the national motto of the UWRS, and the ribbon at the bottom says UWRS on it. The sun on top is the same sun that is on the national flag, and it represents the strength that unites everyone in the country, and the gray on the flag represents imperialism and victory over enemies.
