The history of the Kingdom of Felíndia dates back to the year 2023, when its founder, Vitor, in celebration of the 10th birthday of his pet cat, Bya, decided to establish a monarchy for Bya to reign, as she is treated as the queen of the house. Thus Vitor created the Kingdom of Felíndia, named the cat Bya as Queen, and assumed the role of Prime Minister of Felíndia. Initially, the Kingdom's territory was just the garden of his house, but Vitor decided to give it to Queen Bya, expanding the Kingdom, which now comprises the entirety of his house, in addition to claiming western Antarctica, a region known as "Marie Byrd Land".

The existence of the Kingdom of Felíndia represents a true love of an owner for their pet cat, and that is what we promote. In the future, we at Felíndia aim to carry out cat adoption campaigns.

Felíndia is a peaceful micronation and seeks to establish friendly relations with other nations and international organizations. Its goal is to promote the love of cats, and encourage the adoption of cats instead of purchasing them.
