The Constitutional Monarchy of the United Provinces of Belugia, more commonly known as Belugia, is a micronation in Central Europe. The state is subdivided into 4 Pårter and 16 Provinces (as of 2024). Belugia maintains foreign relations with Molossia and Gurkistan, a satire country founded by German YouTuber PlanktonMP4. The country also recognizes Ironland although not having relations.
Head of State
The Præsidente (f: Præsidenta) is the head of state. The Præsidente has the authority to determine what constitutes part of the state and must sign treaties, contracts, etc. The Præsidente has both direct and indirect control over various aspects of governance. The Je Ståte ynŗe Pårt is directly controlled by the Præsidente, who also serves as Kœnge of the provinces within it. The Åsletonia (Acletonia) and Maziü (Macetonia) Pårter are autonomous, managing their second official languages and some laws independently. The Je Ståte oðŗe Pårt is indirectly controlled, allowing the Præsidente to intervene in certain matters. In some cases, the Præsidente can depose Kœnger, but only with the approval of more than ⅔ of the population (Population must be >12), after which a new Kœnge/-a is elected democratically.
Administrative Regions
List of Provinces
Provinces are political subdivisions with the authority to make decisions on regional matters such as housing. The 16 provinces are grouped into 4 Pårter, which can make decisions on issues like the school system.

The national currency is the Stin. One Stin is worth approximately $1.91 or €1.76. One Stin is equal to 100 Ðetar. The name "stin" originates from the original currency used, stones. The worth of one stone depended on its weight. The belugean name for stone is "Stin". Ðetar is Belugean for "little Rock" or "Pebble".
