Diamond Kathathong, also recognised as Diamond, holds the distinguished title of the 1st Duke of Caleston within the Peerage of Parvussia. As a noble of the Kingdom, Diamond serves a pivotal role as the Minister of Information and Telecommunications, contributing his expertise to the governance and development of the realm. His close association with His Majesty further exemplifies the bonds of friendship and trust within the royal circle.
Diamond in the Fiestian Empire
On 3 September 2022, when the Nesta Empire declared war on the Fiestian Empire, Diamond Kathathong, then holding the title of Viscount Foyale, served as the Emperor's Guard. His role was crucial in safeguarding the Emperor Fiesta during the conflict. However, despite the efforts of loyal guards like Diamond, the Fiestian Empire eventually surrendered to the Nesta Empire on 5 September 2022.
Accused of treason
On 3 December 2022, Note, 1st Marquess of Lunarisca, expressed concerns to His Majesty about Diamond's alleged involvement in a rebellion against the Empire. In response, Emperor Fiesta summoned Diamond and questioned him about these accusations. Despite Diamond's denial of any involvement, Emperor Fiesta took the matter seriously and ordered Note, 1st Marquess of Falti, to investigate and gather evidence.
Upon investigation, Note discovered flags, arms, and a constitution that were not affiliated with the Fiestian Empire, clearing Diamond of the rebellion charges. Despite the lack of evidence tying Diamond to the alleged rebellion, the Emperor decided to confront Diamond with the findings. Emperor Fiesta presented the evidence to Diamond and, acknowledging the misunderstanding, decided not to pursue any punitive measures against him.
Back to the nobleman
On 4 April 2023, His Majesty sent a letter to Diamond, expressing the desire for him to assume the title of Count of Forte. Diamond graciously accepted the royal request and officially became the Count of Forte on that date. Later, on 24 December 2023, in recognition of Diamond's continued service and loyalty, His Majesty elevated him to the title of Duke of Caleston. This promotion marked the dissolution of Diamond's previous title, the Count of Forte.
