Desican Rupees

Desican rupees are the official currency of Desi-Islamica. They were established beginning in August 2023. They are the successor of the unvalued New Islamican Rupees.

The conversion rate was tied to the US Dollar at a rate of $1 for 50 Rupees; equivalent to 1 Rupee for 2¢ (USD). This was set by the bank, which is still being set up by the government. It is directed by M. Shahan Sahir.
