Legal basis

The office of the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers in Baltia is governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Baltia. According to it, vice-presidents of the Council of Ministers may be appointed to the Council of Ministers, who may also perform the function of a minister.

The scope of duties of the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers is specified by law.
