The Department of Home Affairs conducts a nationwide census that collects demographic data every six months, although there can be exceptions to this. An example being the December 2020 census, which is scheduled to be held nine months after the March 2020 census. The March 2020 census enumerated a total population of 65, an increase of around 166 percent over the first population count in July 2019. All population growth in Caudonia has been due to immigration, as there have not been any births or marriages since July 2019.
