The increase in citizenship is also attributed to the La Addrecia dos Toutecia a Nacion (State of the Nation’s Address) delivered by President Victa in July 2024. The La Addrecia dos Toutecia a Nacion of President Victa and his strategic policies led to the increase in citizenship as he introduced the new concept of gaining citizens to the Congress.
