The Cybercratic Republic of Zhaka, more commonly referred to as Zhaka, is a micronation with in the space of the internet. It was established in 2021 by the first Prime Minister Seu Lanpo.
Etymology
The Cybercratic Republic of Zhaka finds its name derived from the language Zhakan which is spoken within it's borders.
History
Due to the recent nature of Zhaka history surrounding this nation is yet to flourish to any substantial amount
Politics and government
Zhaka is a parliamentary republic with three legislative councils, and, as of January 2022 three ministries and four committees.
House of Representatives
The House of Representatives is a legislative body populated by democratically selected Representatives of the people per year. The House is run by the Prime Representative that acts as the face of the House in inter-council or public events, they also hold police powers within the House of Representative building and/or chat. The legislature can pass if majority of the representatives present vote for (unless the constitution rules otherwise). The House holds the right to populate the committees of inquiry, foreign affairs and defense. Which act as policing forces (for inquiry and defense) or as public extensions of the House's will (foreign affairs). The House also is home to the Representative of the Armed Forces who assists the House of Representatives with exercising oversite for the Armed Forces.
High Court
The high court acts as a legislative extension of the ministries present in Zhaka. Three representatives (Not including the National Ministers) of each ministry may take part. These councilors then vote for a Head Councilor who acts as the inter-council or public face of the High Court for a year. Legislature can pass if majority of the councilors present vote for (unless the constitution rules otherwise).
Council of Zhaka
The Council of Zhaka consists of members of both the House of Representatives and the High Court respectively. The House provides for two-thirds of the Council and the Court for the other third. The House provides its members on the basis of the relative power of the member unions. Each Ministry will also be represented in the Council.
National Government
The National Government consist of the Prime Minister and National Ministers. The Prime Minister is voted upon by the House of Representatives who in turn elect the National Ministers. The National Government acts to maintain general guidelines of policy and act as a intermediary in differences of opinion between Ministries.
Law and order
Zhaka was a total of three judiciary courts. The Constitutional Court that rules on cases involving the government and denial of rights, the National Court that rules on civilian crimes, and the Military Court that act on rule on military misconducts. With these courts come three police forces, the Border Police that regulate immigration and illegal trade, National Police who rule over civilian activities and the Military Police who rule over military activities.
Foreign relations
Currently, the Cybercratic Republic of Zhaka has close diplomatic ties with the Communist State of Ovissten and Utrean Empire respectively. It is currently involved in the Zhaka-Ovissten Military Cooperation Pact, the Zhaka-Utera Mutual Aid Pact and free trade with both states.
Military
While a Armed Force does exist it currently does not have any serving members and hence no branches.
