Crascia, officially the Imperial State Of Crascia is a micronation located in Australia. It is an Imperial Tricameral Legislative Monarchy with three separate parliamentary houses. Crascia is based on an entirely neutral ethos. The state is only established as a “Unrecognised Sovereign State” with no official claim to independence.
Influence
Crascia has a variety of influence from European culture, ranging from Saxon and Slavic to Hellenic. The Imperial Monarchy, is heavily influenced and inspired by the aristocratic courts used by the Romans and the Byzantines.
History
The origins and formation of Crascia is somewhat considered to be a very turbulent period in the microstates history. The first iteration of a unified Crascian state came from the establishment of The Kingdom of Crascia on the 1st of June 2018. This government was short lived, and not long after, a revisited constitution was established. The second kingdom as known historically was then hence established. This government was also short lived due to a brief Communist coup d’état. The very short-lived People’s Republic of Crascia was then hence established on the 28th of July 2018, and collapsed just two days later due to major unrest within the state.
As a continuation of the ruling House of Crascia, The Kingdom of Crascia was re-founded on the 30th July 2018. This period is known historically as the third kingdom, and lasted through until late October that year in which the title of Kingdom of Crascia, was subsequently changed to the Principality of Crascia. This would be later changed again in November 2018, commencing what is considered to be the era of the fourth kingdom.
The revised Kingdom Of Crascia then lasted through until February 2019, in which a new Unicameral Imperial Monarchy was created, hence creating what was known as The Empire of Crascia. This would last through until August 2019, in which the Imperial State of Crascia, utilising a reworked Tricameral Imperial Monarchy was established. This has been the active state of government ever since.
Politics & Geography
Administrative Divisions
Crascia is comprised of five duchies. Each duchy represents a regional city within the realm in which is cooperatively governed by a Duke and a Lord Mayor. These titles are granted by the Emperor and provide seats to the House of Aristocrats and the House of the Senate respectively. Gytheia remains the seat of the state and the home of the Emperor. The Emperor has absolute control over the Duchy of Gytheia, occupying both the title of Duke, and Lord Mayor.

Monarchy
Crascia's Imperial government is effectively an absolute monarchy, that does however provide for some division of power through its parliamentary houses. Throughout most of the microstates history, Crascia has been ruled over by the noble House of Crascia under various different titles.
House of Crascia
The noble House of Crascia was established on the 1st of June 2018 by Jack I, concurrently with the establishment of the first Kingdom of Crascia. The family have ruled Crascia for the majority of its short history, with the exception of a brief time between the 28th and 30th of July 2018, in which a communist revolt successfully seized power. Jack I has been the reigning monarch for the entirety of the states history thus far.
