Cornudas Eco-Zone

The Cornudas Eco-Zone is a micronation located in Far West Texas. It is considered "Natures Stronghold in the West Permian Basin." The original Cornudas, Texas land was purchased by private humanitarians in 1992. In 2018, the Cornudas Eco-Zone declared its sovereignty after the stronghold was pillaged under what can be defined as Crimes Against Humanity occurred.

We the people of Cornudas declare independence and liberty from all Nephilim Complex ideologies and all forms of violent aggression of war, eco-terrorism, conflict, child abuse, and Femicide.

We the people of Cornudas declare liberty from all current political parties and infrastructures and embrace a civil society infrastructure with a foundation built upon common law that values art, science, spiritual diversity, and international humanitarian law.

We the people of Cornudas declare that all victims of war and genocide are entitled to peaceful coexistence in order to heal from the senseless destruction of the Nephilim Complex, war, and predatory behaviors, and all forms of spiritual and cultural genocide.

We the people of Cornudas declare liberty from all forms of oppression, human scientific experimentation including but not limited to spiritual energy harvesting, occult, military, medical, pseudo-history, autonomous weaponry development, etc.

We the people of Cornudas declare liberty of all pseudo-history designed to disrupt and divide the culture and religions of the global community for personal profit or gain and place the utmost value on truth and logic.

We the people of Cornudas hold in high regard the values of Press Freedom and offer a safe harbor to all journalists and humanitarians fleeing conflict and seek to provide relief for them and their families front the imminent danger and psychosocial effects of being targeted for their chosen profession.

We the people of Cornudas declare liberty from all forms of corruption, terrorism, transnational crime, and warmongering, and reserve the right to hold perpetrators of this violence upon our community accountable in the proper legal forum(s) recognized under international law, including by not limited to the International Criminal Court.

We the people of Cornudas declare liberty from all forms of eco-terrorism and hold environmental preservation of planetary and cosmic health as well as peaceful evolution in the highest regard, and reserve the right to hold perpetrators of this violence upon our community accountable in the proper legal forum(s) recognized under international law, including by not limited to the International Criminal Court.

We the people of Cornudas declare unfiltered and unaltered education and spiritual knowledge to be a basic human right in order to create a civil society prepared to embrace the knowledge necessary to conduct new era leadership for the next generation of human evolution and seek to share our civil society research with the global community through open-source research, transmedia communications, and publications.

We the people of Cornudas hold in the highest regard a society that embraces the spiritual value of art, sciences, and spiritual freedom and the liberty of expression free from outside oppression and hostilities or targeting of our citizens.

We the people of Cornudas believe that the free dissemination of spiritual and cultural research conducted within an autonomous zone, rich in liberty, offers the value of this research to the global community.

We the people of Cornudas hold paramount the universal understanding and the Divine Union and nourish an egalitarian civil society community built on a firm foundation of spiritual health and equality for all in order for all civil society members to live free of oppression, violence, tyranny, treason, domestic violence and extremist ideologies that target women and children and seek to preserve the family union targeted by extremist ideologies.

We the people of Cornudas adopt a disarmament policy free of firearms and military weaponry, autonomous, hidden, clandestine or otherwise. With the exception of necessary times the international community deems it fit to protect our liberties, however, no residents of our community are permitted to possess firearms as we are a non-violence and non-combative and neutral civil society.

We the people of Cornudas adopt a policy of animal conservation and therefore rebuke all forms of wild game hunting within the territory, and seek to offer a preservation zone to endangered species.

We the people of Cornudas acknowledge the needs of our suffering global neighbors and therefore adopt a portion of our livelihoods for the development of famine relief and a seed bank for future generations.

We the people of Cornudas seek to establish a civil society and a self-sustaining territory based on a green and blue circular economy that strives to leave a limited carbon footprint in its wake.

We the people of Cornudas believe that universal healthcare and education is a basic human right and therefore pledge to dedicate a portion of our territory profits toward providing every citizen with this basic community service.

We the people of Cornudas understand the value of entrepreneurship and therefore pledge to dedicate a portion of our territory profits toward small business development grants and apprenticeship programs.

We the people of Cornudas hold in highest regard the protection of community seers, sages, shaman, religious and spiritual leaders and seek to offer a sanctuary for these community pillars in order to safeguard these spiritual cornerstones of spiritual health and knowledge.

We the people of Cornudas identify with an international identity that embraces all cultures and spiritual beliefs that do not present harm towards others in any manner. Equally so, we adopt and digitally sign and ratify all United Nations conventions as the operating foundation of our society This includes the business and moral guiding pillars of the United Nations Ten Principles for Business and the Sustainable Development Goals which we identify as international goals for the best interest, and evolution of humanity.

We the people of Cornudas adopt a neutral civil society that conducts ethical and moral business free of corruption and slavery that strives to contribute their community efforts towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Agreement, as we acknowledge the severe crisis that kleptocracy has on the overall quality of life for our local community, international neighbors, evolution and planetary health.

We the people of Cornudas acknowledge the current climate emergency and therefore adopt and digitally sign and ratify the Paris Climate Agreement.

We the people of Cornudas acknowledge the rights of women and children and therefore adopt and digitally sign the following two United Nations documents: The Convention of the Rights of the Child and The Convention on the Rights of Women.

We the people of Cornudas identify as international citizens and therefore embrace and honor the sovereignty and beliefs of all cultures and global neighbors.

We the people of Cornudas identify as a humanity-first neutral civil society that seeks to contribute greatly to peacekeeping, conflict reduction, and safe space exploration by moral example, community contribution, safe space exploration, and evolutionary research.

We the people of Cornudas seek to develop a well-balanced and diverse international advisory board and council to assist in the preservation of our beliefs, healthy research, and development of the neutral civil society goals and objectives, including STEM research, trade, business, infrastructure research, and development.

We the people of Cornudas adopt the belief that the research and development of such a civil society serve the best interest of our global community neighbors and embrace the concept of open-source research to share scientific findings and preservation of spiritual architecture, art, artifacts, literature, and codexes.

We the people of Cornudas rebuke all forms of violence that violate common and international law that would be considered clandestine, manipulative, digital, or support the evolution of violence and genocide of all forms.

We the people of Cornudas believe in all aspects of the right to migration, immigration, and humanitarian asylum.

We the people of Cornudas adopt the principles of telecommuting employment and distance learning in order to reduce our carbon footprint and allow for increased parental rearing of children within the family unit rather than strangers raising children and creating outside influence from spiritual and moral customs and beliefs as long as it does not engage in violence, abuse or human rights of family members and co-habitants.

We the people rebuke all outside agency involvement of entities known as U.S. Border Patrol and Customs, Department of Homeland Security (ICE), Child Protective Services and seek to create a new infrastructure to create a healthy, and unified, family unit.

We the people of Cornudas adopt all aspects of the right to privacy and rebuke all forms of illegal surveillance, neuro-warfare, psyops upon protected citizens, abuse of Microwave and Radiofrequency technology, remote stalking, and harassment. We find this to be a violation of basic international human rights law, an invasion and violation of privacy and personal assault, a crime of aggression, and reserve the right to file a grievance and seek restitution for all acts of such conduct perpetrated upon our citizens, neighbors, and allies within the global community.

We the people of Cornudas reserve the right to return any civil society citizen to their host country, on a case by case basis, should they commit repeated violations of these constitutional guidelines.

We the people of Cornudas believe in rule of law and gross violations of our constitution and reserve the right to make use of all international resources to prosecute and/or freeze assets of individuals perpetrating violence upon our citizens and refer to the list of their crimes to the appropriate transnational law enforcement agency, their Nation of origin’s authorities, and appropriate legal tribunal.

We the people of Cornudas reserve the right to conduct a name change of the territory pending an initial advisory board council meeting.

We the people of Cornudas reserve the right to amend this constitution as evolution deems fit.
