Preamble

We, the people of Mojistan, resolve to establish a democratic republic that is founded on the principles of justice, freedom, and equality. We pledge to protect the rights and welfare of every citizen, and to ensure the progress and prosperity of our nation.

Article 1: The Republic

1.1 Mojistan is a sovereign and independent republic that recognizes the rule of law and democracy as the basis of its government.

1.2 The Republic of Mojistan shall have a parliamentary system of government, with a Prime Minister as its head.

Article 2: Citizenship

2.1 Every person who is born in Mojistan or who has been granted citizenship through naturalization shall be considered a citizen of the Republic.

2.2 Citizenship may also be granted to those who have made significant contributions to the nation or have demonstrated exceptional talent and ability.

2.3 The rights and duties of a citizen shall be protected by the state.

Article 3: The Prime Minister

3.1 The Prime Minister shall be elected by the citizens of Mojistan and shall serve a term of five years.

3.2 The Prime Minister shall be the head of the government and shall be responsible for the administration of the Republic.

3.3 The Prime Minister shall appoint ministers and other officials as required to carry out the functions of government.

Article 4: The Legislature

4.1 The Legislature of Mojistan shall be composed of two houses: the House of Representatives and the Senate.

4.2 The House of Representatives shall consist of members elected by the citizens of Mojistan on the basis of proportional representation.

4.3 The Senate shall consist of members appointed by the Prime Minister.

Article 5: The Judiciary

5.3 The Supreme Court shall be the highest court of the land and shall have the power to review the decisions of lower courts.

Article 6: Fundamental Rights

6.1 Every citizen of Mojistan shall have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

6.2 Freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and the press shall be guaranteed by the Constitution.

6.3 Every citizen shall have the right to a fair trial and due process of law.

Article 7: Amendments to the Constitution

7.1 The Constitution of Mojistan may be amended by a two-thirds majority of both houses of the Legislature.

7.2 Any proposed amendment must be approved by a national referendum before it can be adopted.

7.3 No amendment shall be made to the Constitution that is inconsistent with the principles of democracy, freedom, and equality.
